Engineering

Our five engineers take care of the elaboration of customer-specific requirements and wishes regarding quick couplers and equipment. In addition, they investigate product safety and handle development of new products and improvement of existing ones. We continuously monitor changes in standards, legislation and market insights.

We work with up-to-date Inventor 3D-CAD software. We use it to achieve the following:

- 3D models of our products;

- Simulations of products in combination with machines. For example, opening or closing a bucket or a quick coupler.

- FEA strength analysis We measure the strength of products under loads that occur in practice.

In addition, the 3D models form the basis for various processes including, creating production drawings and parts lists, sheet metal processing and setting up Numerical Control (NC) programmes with which the quick couplers and equipment are produced.
